A Seat at Her Table proved to be a resounding success, uniting ambitious entrepreneurs to network and elevate themselves and their businesses. Natalie Marino, the aspiring Founder and CEO of The Latina Techie, organized this two-day event at The Dalmar in Fort Lauderdale.
Day One: Warm Welcoming & Lively Start
Attendees were warmly welcomed to a cozy atmosphere filled with refreshments and the melodious tunes of violinist, Lidice Oran. Following the event with opening remarks by Natalie Marino, the exclusive event transformed into a lively dance party, setting the tone for the event.
Day Two: Empowerment
Opening a fresh start with a serene Golden Morning Yoga session led by Gabriela Huerta and a delectable breakfast for nourishment prepared by The Dalmar. The day then unfolded with a rejuvenating beauty experience courtesy of Mari D’Mua Beauty Studio and a spiritual experience by Purple Lotus Healing.
The event then delved into ‘Soulful Entrepreneurship,’ a profoundly insightful session focused on leading businesses with purpose and intention. It recognized the significance of aligning one’s values, passions, and ethics with one’s entrepreneurial pursuits. This panel aimed to inspire attendees to create and run businesses to impact society positively and the individuals involved. The esteemed panelists included Vanessa Castillo, Illiet Ojeda, Cat Oliva-Pedraza, and Tanyette Colon.
The seminar was followed by ‘EmpowerHer,’ a dynamic and inspiring coaching session explicitly designed to empower women in business. This session aimed to provide valuable insights, strategies, and personal experiences from successful female entrepreneurs and leaders. It featured panelists such as Liza Santana, Candy Calderon, Dr. Karine Melissa, Michelle Brown, and Alejandra Thompson.
The event culminated with ‘The #Techie Panel,’ aimed to explore the world of technology entrepreneurship and how aspiring entrepreneurs, regardless of background, can break barriers and build successful futures. The panelists included Natalie Marino, Shannon Morales, Linda Ward and Amy Bien-Aime, Founder of Greyson Enterprises. Amy had the opportunity to captivate the audience with her inspiring journey into entrepreneurship as she shared about the remarkable transformation of her team of creatives, proving that anyone can achieve their dreams with the right mentorship and network.
